🎃 The Douglas Halloween Parade is BACK, and we’ve got your ride covered!

Dine at The Southerner and let your server know you’re taking the shuttle. The $3 per person fee will be added to your dining check.

The Interurban Transit shuttle leaves our lot at 8 & 9 PM for downtown Douglas. Catch the return shuttle at Beery Field near Center & Water Streets.

⚠️ Parking is limited, first come, first served, and exclusively for Southerner diners. Reservations strongly recommended!

WHERE? Downtown Douglas in the parking lot of the former police station, at the corner of Center & Spring Streets.
WHEN? Noon - 5:00 pm

Join us TODAY for the annual Douglas Pumpkin Carving LIVE DEMO, a fun-filled event for the whole family!

Watch professional pumpkin carver Shannon Gerasimchik bring giant pumpkins to life right before your eyes! An accomplished ice and pumpkin sculptor, Shannon is known for transforming massive blocks of ice and giant pumpkins into intricate, three-dimensional works of art. His distinctive style blends realism with imagination, and his talent has been showcased through demonstrations, competitions, and large-scale public art displays.

Come for the carving and stay for everything Downtown Douglas has to offer! Explore our local shops, galleries, services, restaurants, and Social District while you enjoy a beautiful autumn day!
