With Full Hearts… A New Chapter Begins
After 23 extraordinary years, the moment we’ve long anticipated has arrived—and we couldn’t be more excited for what comes next. This transition has been intentional and joyful, and we are excited.
We have officially sold The Belvedere Inn & Restaurant.
What started as a leap of faith back in May of 2003 for two Chicago Corporate goers became one of the greatest privileges of our lives. This place has never just been an inn and restaurant to us—it has been our home, our passion, and the backdrop to countless memories we’ve been lucky enough to share with all of you.
To our guests—many of whom became dear friends—thank you. Thank you for celebrating your anniversaries, weddings, birthdays, and quiet getaways with us. Thank you for trusting us with your most meaningful moments. You filled these rooms and gardens with laughter, love, and stories we will carry with us forever.
To our team, past and present—you are the heart and soul of everything this place has ever been. Your dedication, care, and pride in what you do created something truly special. We are endlessly grateful to have been on this journey with you.
Without making anyone feel left out, we would be remiss not to mention Nancy, who has been with us since day one. She has been everything and anything we could have ever needed, and very quickly became a second mother to us. There truly aren’t enough words to express our gratitude—but Nancy, congratulations on your retirement as well.
It is now our honor to introduce the new owners, Candice and Brian Grant. They also are the owners of The Grant collection which includes The Emerson Lounge across from The Belvedere. We truly believe they are the right stewards for what comes next, and we are excited for you to experience their vision and energy as they carry this beautiful property forward.
