👋 Allow us to reintroduce Chef Tim Grable, director of our world-class Cooking School. He has worked with some of the biggest culinary names in San Francisco. And his teaching resume is equally impressive.

Chef Tim graduated from the California Culinary Academy and began his career at San Francisco's most celebrated restaurants – Patisserie Francaise, Blue Fox Restaurant and the landmark Stars by chef Jeremiah Tower. His foray into education came at Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants where he hired and trained chefs for property openings – all while working as a restaurant chef himself.

In a full-circle moment, Chef Tim returned to his alma mater, this time as a teacher and eventual campus director. Today, he's passionate as ever about sharing the joy of cooking. Join Chef Tim in our kitchen soon, no hotel stay needed.
