L&M MOTEL HAS BEEN SOLD!!!!

As many of you know, back in July, we actively started to try and sell the L&M Motel again. As of September 7th, 2016, we have signed a letter of intent with a gentleman to buy the motel, and we are currently just waiting on the financing to go through. Please come out and show your love and support for Lois in her finally getting to retire!!!!!! Come out and stay at the L&M Motel one more time this year!!! We have beautiful fall weather instore for the upcoming weekend and the leaves are just starting to peak in colors. Mention this email/FB post, and receive $15 off per night, any night of the week from now through Oct 31st!!!!!! If you want to see Lois, your best bet would be to come stay on a Monday, Wednesday, or Thursday night!!!! That would bring room rates down to the following: rooms with 1 queen size bed were $90, now $75 per night; rooms with 2 queen size beds were $100 for one or two adults and now $85; three adults were $105 now $90; or four adults were $110 now $95; and we do have roll-a-ways available as well for $20; all of our prices do include all applicable taxes. Our standard Cancellation Policy is 48hrs, so no later than 10AM two days prior to your check in date. We require a credit card number to reserve your room but we do not charge your card at time of reservation, you can pay with cash or card when you arrive. If we do not answer the phone, please leave a message as we cannot answer every single phone call when it comes in, and we are usually working on projects or running errands during the day as well. I, Curtis Hunsaker, will be staying on and working for the new owners for a year to help them transition and learn the ropes.
