Samir Patel from Our own hotel, Country Inn and Suites Savannah Midtown was recently named as Employee of the Year out of every Country Inn and Suites in all of the United States, Canada and the Americas. This honor was bestowed on Sam after he was nominated for his outstanding employee performance on a daily basis as well as his heroic actions in assisting his manager and maintenance engineer in the evacuation of our hotel during a devastating fire in March 2018. Samir did more than meet the expectation of his daily duty, but in fact helped to save lives. Congratulations to Samir on his achievement! Come meet this remarkable man for yourself when we reopen next month!
