The Holiday House 1992. The dunes have certainly expanded over the last 3 1/2 decades! The second photo includes the Samaras house, and the Mac house. The Samaras family still owns the house next door to the Holiday House but sadly the Mac family sold their place just a few years ago, and the house has been replaced with new construction.

Lots of room to stretch out on the beachside patio and the ocean is just steps through the dunes. Just two miles from the center of Old Orchard Beach, you can visit the boardwalk style beach town and amusement park, then come back to the quiet of Grand Beach in Scarborough.
