The property is looking for a friendly individual who can work morning and evening shifts with open availability on the weekend. The ideal candidate will have proficiency with computers, previous customer service experience and will understand the importance of responding quickly to guests’ needs and complaints. This role requires correspondence with guests through email, over the phone and in person. Previous hospitality experience is not required, candidates should be eager to learn and willing to step out of their comfort zone. Part time and Full-Time positions available.

Responsibilities:

Register and assign rooms to guests
Confirm phone and online reservations
Respond to guest needs, requests, and complaints
Collect payment from departing guests
