The fishing dock has been recently improved with repaired railing replacing some old ones and dock boards being replaced.

Much needed improvements in the shoreline picnic area are finally being made. A curb is being poured to keep vehicles out of the area and fill dirt is being hauled in to cover up the tree roots and smooth out the area. Next should come grass planting and hopefully new picnic tables and grills.
