A brand new week is here, and there’s no better place to slow down, breathe in some fresh country air, and make a few unforgettable memories. Whether you’re camping by the lake, casting a fishing line, hiking the trails, enjoying a picnic, or simply watching a beautiful Indiana sunset, Delaney Creek Park is ready to welcome you.

Leave the stress behind and trade it for birdsong, campfires, and a little adventure. Here’s to a week filled with laughter, family, friends, and the great outdoors!

Delaney Park has lost one of its greatest mascots today.

Please keep everyone who knew and loved ol’ Herman P. Munster in your thoughts and prayers. He was more than just a dog. He was a faithful friend, a familiar face on the trails, and part of what made the park feel like home. His wagging tail and gentle spirit brought smiles to so many who crossed his path.

Today, we take comfort in believing Herman is reunited with his best friend, Dave, walking side by side once again in the great park in the sky, where the trails never end, the lake is always calm, and every day is filled with adventure.

Run free, sweet Herman. Your paw prints will forever remain on the hearts of everyone who had the privilege of knowing you.

Also keep John and family in your prayers they have taken care of him since Dave passed

Please keep the Nolan family and our extended Delaney Park family in your thoughts and prayers as we say goodbye to Troy Nolan.

There are some folks who leave footprints that never quite fade, and Troy was one of them. His presence, his stories, his spirit… they were part of the heartbeat of our community.

It’s comforting to imagine him now, reunited with his brother, guitars in hand, the music carrying on somewhere peaceful and bright. The kind of song that doesn’t end… it just changes stages.

Hold your loved ones a little closer today. Share a story. Play a song. And remember Troy in the moments that matter most.
