This year we are returning to the Tuscano's amazing place on beautiful Lake Cypress Springs.
Since many of you will likely not read this entire email I'll get the logistics piece covered first. Please rsvp if you are able to attend this AMAZING, LIFE CHANGING EVENT. Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed or Kevan will give you double your money back (offer not valid for money spent on food/drinks, transportation, lodging or entertainment, receipts must be provided).

Past Activities include:
Fishing, swimming, overeating, not sleeping, amazing fireworks, Genuine Aggie Designed and Managed Bonfires, getting shot with your own airsoft pistol, impressively unsuccessful attempts at setting a trotline, scootering, biking, karaoke, volleyball, billiards, sleeping in a crowded room, dancing, running through septic tank effluent sprinklers, indigestion, beating Don at games of skill, running, walking, holding chickens, watching movies, playing games, chasing chickens sitting, sightseeing, watching tv, crying (more dads than girls at this point), and MOST IMPORTANTLY, getting away from your normal hectic schedule and making memories with your (not so little) daughter!
If that isn't enough, boat rentals are available at the marina for those who are interested. This opens up a whole new set of opportunities for adventure on the high seas including:
Riding in a boat
Getting slung off of a tube at a high rate of speed
off shore fishing
Getting lost somewhere out on the lake
Piracy
Drowning (not recommended)

🏅🏡 Superhost Status!🏡🏅
The Retreat at Tall Tree has been up and running for a year now! A few lessons learned:
1. Teamwork makes the dream work. Without Brandy, Nash and of course MT, none of this is possible.
2. Our guests are great. We’ve loved making friends with people from all over the country.
3. Perfection is the enemy of done. If I had it my way, I wouldn’t have invited anyone here until everything was exactly perfect. I’m grateful my friends are insistent and persistent.
4. It’s never going to be done.
5. More is better (in this case anyway). More people, more parties, more memories, more places and spaces to just be. And most importantly more ice and more pillows (we have 139 on property. I counted 😉)
6. Porch is a verb. We’re awesome at it.
7. Everyone needs a party barn.
8. The best boat is a friends boat (not sure how much longer MT is going to buy this line)
9. When in doubt, paint it white.
10. We get just as much joy from seeing guests enjoy the property as we do from enjoying it ourselves.
