Thirteen teens from the Boys and Girls Club of Southeast Georgia recently graduated from a 10-week program with Sea Island, designed to prepare them for life beyond the classroom. Each week introduced new skills, from mock interviews to the art of hospitality, helping participants build confidence and leadership skills.

Sea Island team members offered hands-on learning, job shadowing, and mentorship opportunities that expanded skill sets and sparked future career paths.

A big shoutout to Blake Kroll and Nina Gaskins for leading this effort and inspiring the next generation of hospitality leaders! Thank you to the leaders who took the time to support and inspire these students.
