This spacious, one story Golf Shore villa has 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a lovely kitchen with new flooring, large living room and huge screened in porch with a gas grill, overlooking the golf course! Enjoy the beauty of Seabrook Island while riding the bikes (2) provided for your use! This villa has undergone recent renovations with new flooring and bathroo

ms. The kitchen is fully furnished for your use, and a gas grill is available for outdoor cooking. This delightful one story villa has very few steps to navigate. The master bedroom has a king size bed with adjoining full bathroom. The bathroom has tile flooring, a large vanity and an extra large walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds with a bath close by in the hall. That bathroom has also been totally renovated and has a large walk-in shower. Amenity cards giving you access to the Seabrook Island Club are not available with this villa. Passes to the Lake House facilities-- indoor/outdoor pool and fitness center -- are included. Island History

Like Charleston, South Carolina’s oldest city, Seabrook Island harbors its own rich history, from the Colonial era and colorful pirate tales, through Revolutionary skirmishes and the Civil War to contemporary times. The island is named for a storied family descended from Robert Seabrook, a successful businessman, landowner and politician who landed at Charles Town from England in 1679 and was once convicted of trading with pirates. Despite generations of subsequent fortune, his descendants sold the island for worthless Confederate paper in 1863. It changed hands several times more before town incorporation in 1987.
