Meet our new Bartender Emilia. She decided to follow her parents back to Maine her birth state to experience Northeastern life after living In Ann Arbor, MI, the Pacific Northwest, and Barcelona, Spain. She brings 15 plus years working in the hospitality industry. Emilia especially enjoys pouring local craft beers, learning and tasting single malt scotch’s, and studying the history of craft cocktailing. When not pouring or making libations she enjoys planting sunflowers, making her signature puttanesca Italian pasta dish , and dressing up and going out on the town to explore all the great food and libations that Mid coast Maine has to offer.
