This is a seasonal job starts at 6/1/19 to 9/1/19.
Salary is negotiable.

Working in motel/houses/apartments maintenance, you are responsible for keeping the motel/houses/apartments maintained and fixing any errors that are needed. This can include repairing holes in walls, putting new light bulbs in the motel/house/apartment outdoor lamps and performing general cleaning tasks inside and outside the motel/house/apartment building. Other motel/house/apartment maintenance duties and responsibilities include repainting walls, fixing broken furniture, fixing minor electrical issues and making faucets stop leaking. You can expect physically demanding work that includes using tools and equipment and moving around much of the day, including having to climb ladders, lift heavy items and crawl in tight spaces when necessary. Spanish language is a plus.

Experienced housekeepers with references

A very busy laundromat that serves 2 motels and rental beach houses, looking for attendant for the summer season.

Duties include but not limited to:

1. Receive loads from housekeepers.

2. Run the wash and dry cycle.

3. Neatly fold wash as needed and place it at the right spot.

4. Notify management on the need to re-order supplies (i.e.
soap, bleach, etc).

5. Interact politely with housekeepers and/or customers when
required.

6. Responsible to re-stock housekeeper supply room with
linens, be organized and neatly kept his working space.

Comprehensive training will be provided to the right candidate.
