After months of work on both sides, we got this one across the finish line last week. Our client was looking to expand their portfolio, and this subdivided lot was the perfect fit. Three new construction homes coming soon, adding to the ongoing redevelopment of Seaside Heights.

Real talk: this market is brutal on the investment side. Deals where the numbers actually work are rare, and they don’t sit on the MLS waiting to be found. You need an agent who knows the market cold, can spot opportunity before others do, and can underwrite a deal so you know exactly what you’re buying. The difference between a smart buy and an expensive mistake comes down to the work done before the offer ever goes in.
