dryer, brand new flooring throughout and new furniture including queen size pull out couch. New 55” Tv complete with cable, Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ and Paramount+. Second floor has 2 bedroom, the master has a queen size bed, brand new furniture and tv, and a balcony great for watching parades or enjoying your morning coffee. The second bedroom can be the children’s play area complete with TV, video and board games with twin over full bunk bed. The full bath has been completely remodeled with an extra deep tub. Outside is a patio complete with seating and the community pool is just steps away. Unit comes with 1 assigned parking space and 1 street parking pass along with 6 beach passes. Rental periods are Saturday to Saturday - Check in @ 4pm Check out @ 11am. Weekly rates $1800.00 - $2000.00 plus refundable security deposit.
