Bookings are open for the 2024 Spring/Summer Season! Current availability for May, June or July 2024.

We offer weekly through monthly rentals. Discounts are available for extended stays. A signed rental agreement w/ ID, refundable security deposit and one time cleaning fee ($150) is required. I'm sorry, furry family members are not allowed (owner's suffer from severe allergies). You must be 25 or older to rent. Beach badges included. Message me with inquiries or to rent.

4 bedrooms (2 queen rooms, 1 full room, 1 bunk room w/ 2 sets of bunk bed)
Bathroom with shower/tub and linen closet
Fully stocked kitchen with pantry closet, breakfast bar (seats 4) and dining table (seats 6).
Outdoor area with outdoor shower/changing area, grill, patio table, hang out area and space to play)
Driveway for playing in or up to 2 cars (plenty of free parking in the street in front of the home always available)
Laundry
1 quick block to beach entrance (badges included)
1 block to bay
Short walk to 5th Ave pier/playground and Ball Fields/Play ground on 13th

Dreaming of warmer days? Us too! Spend your summer in SEASIDE PARK! 4 bedroom home available for the month of July. It's offered weekly ($3500), bi-weekly ($6000), or monthly ($12,000). "High Tide"

"High Tide" is the upstairs unit that has 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and sleeps 10. It boasts a private yard with an awesome outdoor hangout for family and friends. It is fully equipped with all appliances in a brand new kitchen. Enjoy your morning coffee at the breakfast bar or make a family feast at the large dining table. Cuddle up on the cozy couch for movie night on the brand new TV with internet viewing options. 2 bedrooms are equipped with Queen beds, 1 bedroom offers a full bed and 1 bedroom is a kid oasis offering 2 bunk beds with pull out trundles under each one, a TV and games. The outside area offers an outdoor shower and changing spot, a dining table, seating area and grill. Yard also offers access to a shared laundry room with your own washer/dryer unit. High Tide comes with 2 driveway parking spots and plenty of free street parking in front of the home.
