An absolutely glorious day at Thornewood Castle for Emily and Tim, featuring our Callan floral pillars (customized with pops of peach and butter yellow) to frame the ceremony and capture their “Victorian garden party” vibe. The rain that threatened all day stayed away for the ceremony, and it was just magical to see Emily float down the aisle in her stunning ballgown!

The Callan pillars are part of our rentals collection and are available to book directly on our website. They can be customized with (almost) any accent colors of your choice. Or, if you’re looking for a completely custom design for your wedding arch or any other event florals, drop us a note!

✨ This is specifically for custom (unique-to-you) designs! Bespoke work takes into account your particular wish list and mood board, along with your color palette, venue style, and of course your budget. Thus guide is intended to help with planning, but we do offer in-person consultations as well as video chats to help you explore your options further and obtain a specific quote.

✨ Of course if you are looking for our existing rental collections, all those gorgeous pieces are already on our site and ready to rent right this minute (even at short notice).

✨ For fully custom designs, anything is possible — we just ask for at least 3 months of lead time, at a minimum!

Young Vine Rentals will continue to offer our gorgeous inventory of pre-designed arches, aisle meadows, centerpieces and other event florals, all of which can be rented online with ease via our rentals site.

YOUNG VINE DESIGN is our newest venture: a floral design studio based in West Seattle, producing fully custom pieces JUST for you. Each piece we create through YVD will be rented just once before being disassembled, and the stems and mechanics will return to our loose stock for complete repurposing each time. You will still save THOUSANDS of dollars on your wedding florals by choosing us, and significantly reduce waste. But with YVD, the florals you receive will be entirely UNIQUE to you and your event, and won’t be rented out as-is to any other clients. Anything in your imagination can be brought to life through Young Vine Design, including hanging installations, ground arches, ikebana centerpieces, floral swags or climbing blooms & greenery for tents / gazebos / walls, and more.

We spoke to HUNDREDS of couples at Seattle Wedding Show last weekend, which was incredibly exciting and confirms that there’s great demand for locally designed, premium-quality artificial florals for weddings. It was our 3rd Seattle Wedding Show in a row for Young Vine, and personally was so heartening to note the increase in awareness about sustainability in the events industry compared to previous years. As someone with a graduate degree in Environmental Policy (and a former career in healthcare), it’s a topic I’m deeply passionate about and will continue to advocate for. Rented, re-used, and creatively repurposed event decor is part of the circular economy that can address so many of the issues we face in this industry, particularly regarding affordability and sustainability.

Young Vine Rentals is our first “baby” who grew up so quickly and has allowed us to serve SO many glorious events and marvelous couples over the past three years. It will keep going just that! Our bridal bouquets are made with the highest quality Real Touch and silk flowers. They photograph beautifully, are lightweight and move naturally, and won’t trigger allergies if you’re allergic to pollen!

You can choose to rent your bouquet, or keep it forever as decor for your home to remind you of your wedding day. Of course, our flowers NEVER wilt so you totally CAN repurpose the bridesmaids’ bouquets as decor for your head table or elsewhere (which we’d never recommend doing with fresh flowers!). 😉

Bouquets are offered as part of our custom wedding packages, specifically designed for you in your unique color palette and style, and can include: compote or tall centerpieces, aisle flowers, an arch or floral pillars or other ceremony installation (including floating floral clouds or hanging chandeliers), bar arrangements, floral urns, and bud vases or ikebana vessels as cocktail table decor or centerpieces. Wedding collections start at $2,900 and are available for pickup and return by you, or with full service delivery, setup, and teardown by us.

🌟 This business started with a dream, to give our clients LUSH wedding florals while freeing up thousands of dollars in their budget to save for their married life — or to spend on other wedding priorities, like a great photographer or a beautiful venue or a live band or an absolutely magnificent cake. 😉 We’re almost two years in and I can confidently say that we’ve achieved that dream and served so many wonderful clients — with joy, gratitude, and most importantly, trucks full of flowers to beautify their most important days.
