As summer comes to a close, we have harvested nearly 120 lbs. of honey from our rooftop apiary, tended by our French beekeeper. 🐝🍯

High above the city, our rooftop garden is home to an abundance of fruits, vegetables, flowers, and herbs, creating a thriving ecosystem that our bees help pollinate. From garden to hive, it’s truly a team effort—nurtured by our colleagues and overseen by our Head of Sustainability, Chef Eraj. 🌿

A special thank you to Travel + Leisure for highlighting our bee program in this month’s editorial, “Nourished by Nature,” in partnership with Visit Seattle.
