Per the email distributed a short time ago:

A bulk waste dumpster has been placed by the garbage compound. It has been placed there by the contractor who is clearing the leaves to help our efforts to remediate the front area of the grounds.

Do NOT dump appliances, bulk items, or other household trash in the dumpster. it is for leaves and other earth debris only, and should only be utilized by the contractor.

If you are caught disposing ANY type of items into the dumpster, including your own leaves, you will be responsible for a portion of the disposal cost.

As we enter Memorial Day Weekend, we remind everyone that the pool remodel has been completed, however, it will be closed for swimming this weekend while the chemicals balance.

The pool area will remain open for congregating and sunbathing with tables and chairs set up.
