⭐️ Review of CampCHERIshed (Site 3):

“A piece of eden - This is an amazing place! The mountainside is bursting with color and life…butterflies and wildflowers everywhere. We encountered caterpillars, birds, hawks, and even lizards. There are rock outcrops (good climbing) scattered throughout the lush forested green slopes. Roasting marshmallows over a campfire in the cave was a definite highlight. My daughter and I had some great bonding time just walking around climbing rocks and connecting with nature!" - Mark K. 6/14/21

Loving this camping season! How about you!? 🏕 We're getting questions about possible fire bans in the area. 🔥 Great news! NO fire restrictions are going on at this time. If you're ever in question though, feel free to visit the Douglas County Sheriff's link to double check if there's a ban in place. 🌲 Note, if there's a 'stage 2 fire ban', private campgrounds are exempt, as long as their few rules are followed. ✅ Feel free to read more here: https://www.dcsheriff.net/sheriffs-office/divisions/emergency-management/fire-restrictions/

Happy Campers from the last few weekends. 🌲 We’re back to a stage 2 fire ban, so unfortunately no more campfires at all. 🔥 It was lifted for a few weeks, but now we’re back to the ban, understandably. 🚫 Either way, these people are still having a great time camping! 🏕 We also had a gal drive from New York, to drop one off at college, Notre Dame and one at CU Boulder. ⭐️ Now she’s headed to Arizona. 👋🏼 She wanted to risk trying to get her 24’ class C RV up the mountain. 🚎 This is definitely the biggest vehicle that’s been up the hill, and she made it! 👏🏼 Fun times! 🤩
