Sedona is one of the most beautiful places on Earth and our favorite place to be. If you have never been here, your eyes will be in absolute AWE from the red rock formations all around you. YOU ARE IN IT! There are vortexes throughout this area that are believed to provide healing energy when you are near them. Our home is located in The Village Of Oak Creek 10-15 minutes south of Sedona. It is 3 minutes drive to iconic Bell Rock and near an abundance of hiking/biking trails.
Our fully furnished stucco home is 1460 sq ft with Southwest decor inside and desert plant landscaping outside. Our home sleeps 3-4 comfortably having 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms and an open floor concept for the living room-dining room-kitchen with high ceilings. The kitchen is complete with quality kitchenware items. You will have all the essentials to prepare and cook meals. Outside, the front patio area is enclosed with stucco walls to provide privacy while you relax and enjoy our trickling fountain with frequent bird visitors and an unobstructed view of Castle Rock towering before you. You will want to sit out here often. This same great view is visible from the living room and from a sitting nook in the master bedroom. The spacious master has a king bed along with the sitting nook which is a great place to sit and have your morning coffee. The master also has an en suite bathroom with double sinks. The 2nd bedroom has a full size bed as well as a desk with monitor, high speed internet, and a quality ergonomic chair provided for you to work remotely while you are here. There is a twin mattress that can be pulled out from under the full size bed if needed. Our home has a 1 ½ car garage so it fits one vehicle with quite a bit of space on the sides. We provide 2 TREK mountain bikes with rental. There is a washer/dryer in the laundry room off of the garage. Outside, the backyard deck has a newer Weber Gas BBQ and outdoor dining set for 4. It is a great place to have dinner.
From our home you will have very close and easy access to restaurants, a grocery store, 3 golf courses, coffee bistros, outlet shops, seasonal street art & craft shows, bike rentals, jeep rentals, a local playground park, and the hundreds of hiking/biking trails. In The Village Of Oak Creek you are 5 miles south of Uptown Sedona, staying amongst the locals, away from the crowded tourist strip. In all of the years we visited Sedona before buying a home here, we always stayed in VOC. It’s the best.
