Oak Creek Terrace Resort in Oak Creek Canyon is looking for a highly motivated individual for a full time front desk agent. The Ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality, who enjoys greeting guest and making sure they are enjoying their stay with us. Must be organized and have great people skills.
Accurately record information and be detail oriented. Able to accommodate a flexible schedule that will include weekends and /or holidays. Familiar with hotel systems and operations.
Duties include standard front office and concierge skills. Knowledge of Sedona and surrounding area a plus. Prior experience is preferred, and proficiency in computer skills is necessary.
