Ramshead trail two blocks from our B&B. Check out the energy from the semi-circle of rocks. It feels like a meditation circle. This is a beautiful easy/moderate trail.

We love our new 2 1/2 ft. wall separating the front property from our ours. Our neighbors purchased our 3/4 acre front lot to build a meditation garden; a small chapel and a little cabin on the lower part of the hill. We couldn't have asked for a better way to use this very special and energized property. We are going to add a gate without a lock between the trellis and also some Vinca Major vines.

One of our regular guests asked us to make this for her today. Looked so good, I made one for myself instead of raw spinach, I sauteed mine. Start with a layer of spinach, then sauteed tomatoes, mushrooms, avocados, scrambled eggs with goat cheese on top. Boy was that good, and healthy too. I was hungry this morning so I added a piece of pepper edge turkey bacon. I am going to call this THE PATRICIA after our guest with the idea. Thanks Patricia.
