Pump House Station is one of our favorite hotspots in Sedona for coffee and breakfast! With great outdoor seating and a variety of food and coffee, this urban eatery is a must visit for breakfast while in Sedona. Breakfast is served daily from 8-1pm, with dinner on Fridays!

Uniquely Sedona

We are a family run Bed and Breakfast located in beautiful Sedona Arizona. Our southwestern style Bed and Breakfast borders on the Sedona Golf Resort with outstanding views of the golf course, Bell Rock, Castle Butte and Courthouse Butte. We are minutes to excellent hiking and mountain biking.

Our Inn has six rooms with two queen rooms and four king rooms. All but one face the red rock formations and the golf course. Each room is equipped with a fire place and all but one has a soaking tub and a walk in shower. We have free wifi and all of our televisions have Amazon fire sticks for internet movie streaming. Each room has a refrigeration with bottled water as well as an iron and ironing board. Our bathrooms have hair blowers, toiletries and plush towels.

The Inn provides a two course gourmet breakfast each morning in our great room at 8:30 am. We do adjust our menu to meet the needs of our guests such as vegetarian, vegan, lactose intolerant or gluten free. Our great room is open 24 hours per day and has a Kerig coffee machine as well as a tea pot for hot tea or hot chocolate. We always provide snacks in the afternoon for our guests.

The Inn is located 12 minutes from downtown Sedona but away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We are within four blocks of several fine restaurants as well as art galleries and shopping. We are also a convenient location for trips to the Grand Canyon, Flagstaff, Meteor Crater and Antelope Canyon. We are more than willing to help you plan your day in Sedona and the surrounding area as we have a vast knowledge of the area and its attractions.
