This summer, Executive Chef Kyle Rhodes presents a three-part dinner series at Forty1, with each menu exploring a different chapter of his culinary evolution.
The series begins June 25 with Homage: Chefs Who Shaped My Journey, a tribute to the mentors, techniques, and philosophies that continue to influence his cooking today. Featured here is a preview of the Potato-Wrapped Fish, one of the dishes on the opening menu.
