l. The property is on a secluded ridge right off the northeast edge of town on 7.5 acres. The home is less than a mile from its namesake Lake. Four seasons of mountain and lake adventures! Fishing, swimming, skiing, mountain biking, hiking, snowmobiling, hunting and sight-seeing are all here. Hundreds of miles of roads and trails call to you in the back-country. Relax at the home and enjoy the wildlife right on the property. (A small group of deer often hang out on the yard.) Or, come back after a day of adventure to enjoy an evening of solitude, a meal and quiet serenity in the hot tub outside. You will find the location of this home a very convenient, but secluded forest setting 1/4 mile from the edge of town. It is a hub of access to all your mountain and lake adventures.

Memorial Day weekend was busy here at Seeley Lake! Summer is right around the corner. We had a guest that was here for Memorial Day tell us that they were very pleased to have come back to stay here again at Mountain View Lodging. They spent Memorial Day here last year, as well.

We've had some needed rain off and on recently, which is helping to prepare the entire area for the beautiful warmth of summer!

Some of the more mature yard deer does are taking their annual sabbatical during fawning time. There are always new fawns playing in the yard the first week or so of June.

The fishing is good in the several lakes and two rivers around Seeley Lake, Montana. You can find large Northern Pike to small Kokanee Salmon, several types of trout, bass, and yellow perch. Pack your fly or spinning gear and bring your boat, rent a boat, or book a fishing guide on the Blackfoot River. All of the rivers and lakes are conducive to smaller craft like canoes, kayaks and rafts. There are many access areas for shore or wade access. There are several game fish available in the lakes and rivers around Seeley Lake, Montana. You will find huge northern pike to small Kokanee Salmon, along with several types of trout, bass and yellow perch. Pack your fly or spinning gear and bring a boat or rent one around here. Guided tours on the Blackfoot are available. All of the waters are conducive to smaller water craft or wading and shore access.

In the several lakes and rivers around Seeley Lake, we have a variety of game fish. Pack your fly or spinning gear and bring or rent a boat. Or, book a guided trip on the Blackfoot River. There are lots access areas where you can fish from shore and all of the lakes and rivers are conducive to smaller kayaks, canoes, rafts, etc. The fish range in size from big Northern Pike to small yellow perch and various trout, Kokanee, and bass in between in the area.
