It is bittersweet to announce that we have decided to sell our beloved Moshiem/Olivia Mansion. The fire and water damage to the house were extensive. We began the clean up process, and during that that time we received an offer to buy the mansion. After prayers and discussions with our family, we decided to take the offer. We will treasure all the friends and memories we have made during the time we owned this historic home.
We could not have dreamed of more wonderful new owners. We look forward to the seeing all the progress on the restorations and what the future holds for this vital part of Seguin’s history.

Clean up of the mansion has begun. Tres De La Paz has been working tirelessly to get the ball rolling and get this majestic beauty on the road to recovery. None of this would be possible without him and Zoe. 💕

We have been able to go in an survey the damage. It is pretty unbelievable. Making plans now to begin clean-up. We will keep yall posted. Thanks for everyone’s support.

The fire is out, but the damage is extensive. The fire department has not been able to enter the building due to safety issues. Just beyond thankful no one was in the mansion.

Sad news for our beloved mansion. Today we belive it was struck by lightning and caught fire. Thankfully, no one was there. We are so grateful to the fire department for their efforts to get the blaze under control. We are also thankful for all our friends and neighbors keeping us updated since we are not in town. We will keep everyone updated.

I'm a few days late on this, but this Saturday, we won an EMMY!!!! It was in the best Magazine Program category for our Seguin show.

It marks the 9th Emmy won by the show, but is a super special one for me because the entire team won it. I get to share it with the most amazing team on the planet.

We dont do this for awards, but it's fun to have some hardware to commemorate all the miles on the road. Here's to many more day trips to come.
