Location is everything. See the circle? We are an elevator ride down to the pool, no schlepping! Nothing is cleaner or closer. Bonus for procrastinators, we had a cancellation and 8/4-8/11 is now available. Direct booking so no Vacasa or VRBO fees. Read our reviews under “photos”!

To my fellow property owners, Beware. Yesterday, after I posted a new availability for the first week in August, someone messaged me asking me if I wanted to “grow my business”. I said, “No thank you.” They asked “Why not?” and I replied, “Because I’m nearly fully booked, I have only one week open and I’m happy. Happiness is everything.” He kept harassing me, and finally threatened me, so I blocked him. Within one minute of the block, a phony Facebook account posts “David Christina” (with a stock photo of a woman) “doesn’t recommend” my place stating, “You don’t give me no good service”. Ignoring the obvious double negative, this person is a would-be scammer. It’s likely not his real name, because his account was also fake, but it said Amir Hamza. I reported it to Facebook, but I wanted to warn others who post here. Don’t answer or engage with him. He threatened to post a “bad review” but only a negative recommendation was sent and it didn’t seem to materialize on my page.

We were fully booked and now the first week in August (8/4-8/11) just opened up! We are the closest to the SunRidge pool (see it just off the balcony?) and all our five star reviews will tell you, we are not just the closest, we are the cleanest! We only do direct booking so DM me (Ellen-Berbig Hickey) for price and particulars! Semi-private elevator right down to the entrance, 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, two-car garage for your use (parking at SunRidge can be a drag!).
