Richard Bourdeaux did a great job taking us through the refinance process and getting us the funds to help our son buy his first house. We had no idea what we needed to do to make this happen but Richard was right there to explain, in terms that we could understand, what he needed from us. The whole process had a laid back no stress feel which allowed us to seal the deal while still maintaining our otherwise hectic lives. We will try to send him more business in the future.
