Sage Horse Camp

Sage Horse Camp Camp with your ponies!! 2 Corals, fire pit and picnic table per site. Stock water, out door arena, The views and tranquility of Layton Hill are breathtaking.

Layton Hill was homesteaded in 1889 by Joseph Moniz, his wife Isabel and their five children. They lived off the land and the timber industry for over 70 years. In 1987, the Sage Family became caretakers of the land and in 2014 acquired the property from Madelyn Poland-Saric, the last living heir of Joseph and Isabel to live on the farm. The Sage Family is known for their love of all things equin

e: training, trail riding, packing, logging, gaming, showing, and most of all just old-fashon horsing around. Layton Hill Horse Camp was founded in spring of 2014, and encompassed 100 acres of trails and obstacles, with access to DNR land. We love this land, and are certain you will too!
