We are a Jeep Friendly… Listed on AirBNB and VRBO on the outskirts of Pigeon Forge. The main floor boast of beautiful views with two huge 10ft.

Jeep Friendly home tucked away in a quite area with close access to everything in the Pigeon Forge Gatlinburg area. Nestled on a dead-end street with only a few homes our home offers privacy and tranquility. Direct access to both the main floor as well as the basement allows you to offload your luggage on the level you need. A nice carport is located on the basement floor that allows you the freed

om to get in and out of your vehicle during inclement weather. glass and rod iron bifold doors that completely open up to a huge, oversized deck overlooking the mountain side. Enjoy a relaxing time in the sunroom that is surrounded by windows that overlook the mature trees that cover the property. The master bedroom joins the sunroom to give you the perfect opportunity to lounge around and relax in the Smoky Mountains. A second bedroom, located on the basement level, boasts of two bunk beds with a full size bed on the bottom of each bunk and a Twin XL on the top bunk of each bedroom. Both bedrooms have a large, flat screen TV so you can stay in bed and binge watch your favorite programs. There are plenty of charging ports throughout the home to charge all of the tech you bring with you, including two wireless chargers on each side of the king size beds that will charge you cell phone and watch each night. The kitchen is equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances which includes a double oven electric range, dishwasher, over the range microwave oven, and refrigerator. Full size washer and dryer located next to the downstairs bedroom. Enjoy grilling on the charcoal style grill next to the deck, while taken in the mountain air. Guest access
You will have access to the main floor which consist of the Livingroom and kitchen (open floor plan), the sunroom which is joined to the master bedroom and a bathroom. The downstairs (basement) you will have access to the second bedroom, which sleeps four, the downstairs bathroom, and the laundry room. Outside you will have access to the carport, and the deck. The home is located on a half acre so you have adequate space for privacy.

Today we highlight our living room. The before picture really shows the transformation that was made by installing the two 10ft iron and glass doors. The tongue and groove ceiling also brightened the room up quite nicely. One of the guests’ favorite accents are our Fandeliers that we installed throughout the home. This is one of our favorite rooms to sit in and watch the sun come up.

Today we are highlighting our incredible deck that we installed. We installed two 10ft iron and glass bifold doors that completely open up to bring the outdoors in. The door frames themselves weighed in at 450lbs and each of the panels ((8) panels per door) weighed 250lbs each, which puts the weight of each door around 1,500lbs. We had to lift each frame from the ground level into the second floor living room, which was an enormous challenge. The deck and doors really enhance the outdoor experience at the woodlands. We can sit for hours and watch the birds, squirrels, rabbits, and chipmunks while enjoying the beautiful cover the trees offer.

The past two years has been a very hard labor of love on our dream home in The Smokey Mountains. We have been challenged beyond what we thought we were capable of, but we are so thankful for the transformation that has taken place. This is some before and after pictures of the Sunroom. We will be posting before and after photos throughout the month of October as we near our two year anniversary at The Woodlands in TN.
