👉 Our IT team is actively investigating how these listings were created and where the information originated
👉 This is not just affecting Bear Tootin properties—it is impacting cabin rental companies across all of Sevier County

If a property is not listed directly through Airbnb, VRBO, or our official Bear Tootin website, DO NOT book or send payment. These listings are scams.
