We are truly a family run farm 🤠

Along with feeding horses, and helping around the property, doing laundry, and making bunk beds, our kids have also been throwing hay for many years now!! 🌾🌾💪🏼
If you’ve ever done this kind of work, you know how hard it is. 😳

They’re teenagers now , building their own lives and spending less and less time helping on the farm … (they definitely help when needed!) but these early days when they were so little created a wonderful foundation for them to go out in the world and succeed!! 🥰🥰🥰🥰

This home is near & dear to our hearts… we raised our kids here and created incredible lifelong memories 💫

Since we built our home down on the farm we have decided to transform this property into a unique family / dog friendly Smoky Mountain retreat! 🤠🐶

Located just a beautiful 5 to 10 minute walk up from the farm , it is a very convenient location and no crazy mountain roads! Plus when you stay here, you have full access to the farm as well as any horseback riding activities 🐎🐎🐎

It is a five bedroom 🛏️
three bath home 🛀
with two kitchens 🍳🥘
and two living areas and a unique
sunroom/game room 🎱

The outdoor area is private with a fully fenced dog yard as well as a beautiful salt water pool and hangout area with views of Cove Mountain ⛰️ 🏊🎉
