Looking for an experienced cleaner to clean rooms for hotel/ B&B/ vacation rentals. Hours are VERY flexible now until May * We have housing available. Please only apply if you are independent, reliable and have a good eye for detail.
Who are we? We are moms and entrepreneurs. We have been managing nightly rentals since 2002. We are world travelers that love to share our passion about life through our work. We enjoy sharing the nature, culture and value of living in these majestic lands we call home!
Where are we located? We are located in Seward, Alaska. Seward is a small community of approx. 3000 people. Seward is situated at the head of Resurrection Bay, surrounded with staggering mountains and abundant with nature. Our office, accommodations and housing are all located in the heart of downtown!
What do we do? We manage vacation rentals for approximately 5 properties and we also own and operate 2 more properties. Aside from our nightly management, we also provide cleaning service for several other vacation rentals. We are a team of entrepreneurs ready to mentor and empower others to find their purpose and passion through their work.
Who are we seeking? We are seeking self motivated, adventurous, reliable persons to manage a staff of 9 employees from around the world, clean rooms, assist with guest services and help with administrative tasks as well. We will provide housing, transportation to and from Seward as well as a vehicle during employment. Experience cleaning is required. We do not require past management experience. All you need is the drive to take pride in your work and the desire to empower yourself with the understanding that an empowered boss is an empowered staff! Self responsibility, adaptability, attention to detail and a positive attitude are essential.
When does the job begin? We would like to fulfill this position immediately. Our season will be in full swing beginning May 10th so we would like manager to arrive ASAP and no later than April 15th so we can begin training and preparing for our staff that arrives the end of May.
When does the job end? Our season wraps up the end of September.
