Are you a Seward local with a passion for the outdoors? Orca Island Cabins, a cherished family-owned retreat, is on the lookout for a housekeeper this summer! Nestled 9 miles south of Seward, AK, our unique property is accessible only by water, offering an extraordinary daily commute via a scenic 30-minute to 1-hour boat ride.

What Sets Us Apart:
-Full-time positions from May to September
-Encounter marine life like Harbor Seals, Harbor Porpoise, and River Otters daily-- Dall's Porpoise racing alongside your boat on the way to work—truly amazing!
-A supportive, family-like work environment
-Day rate (depends on experience) + tips

Ideal Candidates Will:
-Be comfortable on boats
-Lift a minimum of 50 lbs
-Navigate uneven terrain and boardwalks with supplies
-Be excellent communicators and customer service-oriented

With stunning mountain views and abundant wildlife (🦦🐳🦭), it's no wonder Humpy Cove is a kayaker paradise! Guests always have free access to all of our kayaks and stand up paddle boards, making this a favorite activity for our guests!
