Harbor 360 Hotel offers our guests special discounts on local activities. Our spacious, comfortable guest rooms feature two queen beds or one king bed. Enjoy views of the harbor while soaking in the hot tub or swimming in Seward’s only hotel pool. Our rooms include free continental breakfast so you can get a great start to your day of Alaska adventures. Formerly the Holiday Inn Express, this 90-room hotel was recently purchased by Tom Tougas, owner of Major Marine Tours, to improve access to Kenai Fjords National Park and help grow the visitor industry in Seward. Harbor 360 Hotel will continue to offer the same great amenities, including the indoor pool, hot tub, and free continental breakfast. Starting in 2016, the Major Marine Tours check-in office will be moved into the hotel lobby. Several Major Marine Tours cruises will conveniently depart from the dock directly behind the hotel, with plans to build additional space for all Major Marine Tours departures.
