The 2025–2026 season on the Paraná River delivered in all the right ways—strong dorado fishing, quality fish, and a system that continues to show its strength. A 35.3 lb dorado, the second largest ever landed on fly here, stood out among many memorable moments.
Beyond dorado, the depth of the fishery was clear. Pacú kept things technical, and a surubí, one of the largest ever taken at the lodge, reminded us how special & diverse this river can be.
More than anything, it was the people who defined the season. From sharing the water with folks like Doug, still fishing hard at 85 years old, to a thrilling week with - it’s these moments that stay with us. And of course a special thanks to our lodge staff & guides ––

We're grateful for a healthy system, big fish, and everyone who made this season what it was. See you next season!
