Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Night Auditor / Front Desk Agent to join our team. This role is crucial in providing exceptional guest experiences. As the first point of contact for guests, the Night Auditor will welcome guests, manage reservations, ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes, and complete nightly administrative reconciliations and reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, great attention to detail, a passion for hospitality, exceptional attendance, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Requirements
• Previous hotel experience as a Front Desk Agent or Night Auditor
• Strong hospitality and guest service background
• Proficiency with phone systems and hotel management software

• Positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to learn
• Strong attendance record
