It's time for , campers!

Combine prehistoric finds with all the benefits of modern camping at this week's KOA. Strategically located near Route 191, this campground is the perfect pit stop for Western road trippers.

The campground's variety of RV sites accommodates everyone, from the van lifers to the motorhome enthusiasts. Choose from pull-thru, back-in, or KOA Patio sites and spend less time setting up and more time relaxing. No RV? No problem. Stay in a ultra-comfy Deluxe Cabin or a classic tent site.

The area is known for its abundance of dino finds. Under 20 miles away is Dinosaur National Monument, where you can see over 1,500 fossils on exposed cliff face. Other state parks in the area provide boating and fishing with views of dinosaur tracks along the way. After you've channeled your inner paleontologist, camp is a welcome respite. Challenge your fellow campers to a game of horseshoes or giant jenga, cool off in the pool, or take in a movie under the stars.

What a spooktacular weekend filled with laughter, unforgettable memories, and plenty of howling fun! 👻🎃 From our amazing costume contest to our howling contest, our campers brought their A-game and made this weekend one to remember! 🧙‍♀️🐺

We loved seeing all the creative costumes, hearing those howls echo through the campground, and watching families make memories that will last long after the Halloween decorations come down. 🧡🍂

A HUGE thank-you to all our campers who joined in on the fun and helped make this weekend so special! ❤️

It's time for , campers!

With one cabin onsite, it's easy to see why it's always in demand - this meticulously updated 1940s cabin is quaint and comfy all in one. Join your fellow campers around the community firepit, challenge your camp mates to a game of co****le, or simply enjoy the stunning sunsets over the lake.

Let the campground's knowledgable staff give you the inside scoop on local delights, from the best farm stands, apple and w**e trails, and fishing spots the area has to offer. Camp is located just a mile from the area's historic lighthouse and beach park. And the local town is a charming waterfront village that's so small, it doesn't even have a traffic light!

Ever wanted to watch a rocket launch while you camp? 🚀

SpaceX launched Starship's 14th test flight and first attempt to go to orbit from Starbase Texas a few weeks ago, and it was a sight to behold from South Padre Island KOA Holiday. SPI offers a unique experience to campers where they can enjoy the coastal breeze, Texas beaches, and the occasional rocket lift off!
