Earlier this year, M & K Rentals split into two businesses: M & K Rentals and M & K Sales. Cody and Anna Hahn are the new owners of the rental side of the business, located at 2075 N. Exciting news at M & K Rentals! As of April 1, 2026 M & K Rentals is under new management!

Cody and Anna moved to Sheridan in 2020 for its exciting mountain activities and the friendly people that make it a welcoming place to live and work. Since moving to Sheridan they have been dedicated business owners, providing professional excavation services to the county.

In April 2026, they purchased M & K Rentals from Mark and Katie, with the goal of continuing the legacy they built. Coming from a background where family-owned businesses were always a part of their lives, Cody and Anna understand the importance of community and personalized service.
