Before the battle starts, we train the players on the equipment and rules. During the games, we're watching the teams and the players themselves.

If one team starts dominating, we can rebalance it.

If the strongest or most competitive players start taking over, we make adjustments.

If a quieter, smaller, or less experienced player is getting pushed out of the action, we work to bring them back into the game.

Because the goal isn't to create an awesome party for the best four players.

Everyone gets the same style of blaster, so there's no fighting over who got the "good one." The color-coded gear makes teams easy to recognize. And because all the equipment is consistent, we can quickly help with a jam and get a player back into the battle instead of losing valuable playtime.

Your package includes 6 professional inflatable bunkers, properly positioned and secured before the battle begins. Want an even bigger battlefield? Additional bunkers are available for $40 each, with up to 10 currently available.

And your setup time doesn't come out of your hour of play.

We arrive ahead of time, build everything, train the players, and then your full hour of coached gameplay begins.

Apparently we’ve had the organizational chart wrong this whole time. 😂

The real boss showed up this weekend to make sure everyone was doing their job correctly.

At 8 years old, she was unrolling inflatables, running the dolly, helping load the trailer, and generally supervising Mom and Dad to make sure Fun & Done stays on track. 💪😂

One of our favorite parts of building this business is that our kids get to be part of it. They get to see the work that happens behind every delivery, every setup, and every party we’re trusted to be a part of.

Meet the Team: Jason DeLong 👋

We want to take a minute to recognize one of the people working hard behind the scenes at Fun & Done.

Jason is an engineering student and has become a great asset to our team. He works hard, keeps a good attitude when the job gets tough, and tonight was a perfect example of that.

We had multiple inflatables to load as a storm was moving in. The rain was pouring, ants were crawling all over us and biting, and we were closely watching the lightning getting closer. Jason stayed motivated and kept working right alongside us to get everything safely packed up. Because of that extra push, we finished and got out of there just before the lightning reached our area.

Party rentals aren't always sunshine and birthday cake. Sometimes it's wet inflatables, pouring rain, muddy shoes, ant bites, and a race against Arkansas weather. Having people you can count on when conditions get difficult makes all the difference.

Jason, thank you for your hard work tonight and for everything you bring to Fun & Done. We're lucky to have you on the team!

Perfection is hard. Some days I wonder how I'm supposed to do it all. I built this business with one goal in mind and that was to provide opportunities for everyone that I possibly could through the best service they had ever seen.

The last few days have been really hard. Employees didn't show up for their shifts, my wife about had a heat stroke, deliveries were taking a toll in the heat, and all the other problems that come along with owning a business.

And then it happened. At one point while I was getting supplies from the truck I look up and I see this image. My two girls giggling on the end of the trailer eating a cupcake they've been given from the birthday party where we had set up. Then I remembered why it's worth it. I remembered what it allows me to provide them and how our employees are able to take care of their families and grow their lives. I remember how easy we make it for the customers who want to spend all day with their kids and not be away during the party because they're having to set up or tear down or take care of something else.

Thank you God for this opportunity. Thank you for allowing me to see what I really have.
