It’s almost done! Yay!
This project took longer than it takes to build the average home! But we see the end result! Just the railing and a few finishing touches!
Almost ready for dogs!

Our nightly hike with guest, Tilly. She is one of the few dogs I still board. View from the hill above our house. It was a lovely weather day with temps dropping to 80 by afternoon.

We got some rain and it cooled down to be comfortable. I love how the meadow grass turned green quickly after the first couple rains. Blaze and Dakota sometimes get turned out in the 18 acre pasture.

We love our safari rides! We often see elk, pronghorn and jackrabbits but always see wide open spaces and beautiful sunsets! We have Rooster(Kawasaki Mule Pro 4x4) who seats 6, and Miss Daisy (Can Am Commander 1000) who seats 4
When you visit, ask about going on a safari!

This is what happens when we get hard rain in a short amount of time. This was not even an inch. I feel bad for people with low lying properties where the water has no where to go!

The rain gauge said 1” for last night! Thankfully it came over several hours and we didn’t have flash floods.
What a pleasant morning it is and we don’t have to water the garden or the trees!
