Another house done in Sidney.
The landlord wanted this house completely gutted. We had to rip out the carpets and cabinets in both the bathroom and kitchen. We had to take out all the appliances and scrap them.
The pictures are backwards, but you can tell from them the dirty to the clean areas.

We had to deal with some nasty critters, but that's what we do. We stepped up and did what we were hired to do.
Now the landlord's ready to send in his construction crew to get it ready for rent again.

We were asked, "Do you remove unwanted hot tubs?"
Yes, we do. So Friday's work was getting an old, non-functional hot tub out without tearing up the bar around it. We did the job without having to remove the bar or tear it up.

It took us about 3 1/2 hours to come up with a plan and get it out.

We do a lot of different jobs here at our business.
We respect people's property and make sure to definitely leave it how we found it or better.

We had a very busy week this week. We did a cleanout here in Sidney. It was pretty bad, but we did it and moved on to the other job. Check out the before and after pictures.

It was a busy week for us. From doing a barn cleanout to two apartment cleanouts, then down to Troy to do some landscaping.

Today we worked in Piqua, cleaning out an area full of vines and poison ivy. We also trimmed all the low-hanging tree limbs and limbs growing up inside the fence. It was definitely a hot one today. We cleaned out an area that I think was 20x40.

We laid the black mulch, and it came out great.

S & S Property Pros recently completed a comprehensive garage and house clean-out project in Anna. This undertaking spanned approximately three weeks from commencement to conclusion. The scope of work necessitated the complete evacuation of all contents from the residence, including the garage and shed, which were also fully occupied.

A significant portion of the salvaged items was donated to Fish in Sidney, supporting individuals in need. It is our standard practice during clean-out operations to channel usable items to either Fish or St. John's Thrift Store, reflecting our commitment to community contribution.

Our team is now transitioning to our next engagement, a landscaping project scheduled for Wednesday. We will be providing before and after photographic documentation of this work.

S&S Property Pros has been working in Bellefontaine for the last couple of days, doing a cutout for honeybees inside a garage ceiling.

They were going in where the brick and the wall come together.

Back at it today to finish up and move on over to Anna to finish cleaning out a full house.

Last week, we had a honeybee removal job. We had to cut into the house to expose them so we could go in and use our honeybee vacuum to safely get them out. Once we do this and get them all out, the job isn't done yet. We go in and have to clean the walls of wax and honey. If you just get the bees out and not the comb and honey, you're taking a chance of having a new hive move back in, or worse, you could get roaches and flies that will cause a really nasty mess.

Once we are done cleaning, we replace everything we had to take out.

Yes, it does cost for us to do the job, but the best thing about it is you get 100% non-pasteurized honey straight from the comb.

So if you know anyone that has bees in their walls or around their home, have them call us.

We will get the job done right and save the honeybees.
