VILLA BY the SEA B17 @ the Casa Blanca is a family owned and managed short-term-rental on Siesta Key!

I'm a Real-Estate Broker of 21 years, licensed in Kansas, Missouri and Florida. We fell in love with this area and wanted a home-away-from home to share with others.

Thankful for the beach days and nights!

So incredibly grateful for all the wonderful memories we've made at B17, Villa By the Sea! 🌴❤️

One of the greatest joys of owning our little piece of paradise has been sharing it with so many friends, family members, neighbors, and even clients over the years. Knowing they've been able to make their own special Siesta Key memories here makes it even more meaningful to us! ☀️🌊🐚

It's more than just a beach villa — it's a place where memories are made and friendships are treasured! ❤️

Anyone want a discounted stay 10/17-10/22?

I have one more window to be installed plus a few odds and ends so I’m discounting this window of time for anyone that is OK with those repairs being made while they stay. This is a first come first serve opportunity and cross posted so please message me if you have any interest.
