Our spacious condos start at 900 sq. ft. in size and have kitchens with full size appliances that are fully equipped and ready for cooking–just bring your food and drinks. Both properties are located in the same block and are just a short stroll from the white sands of award-winning Crescent Beach on Siesta Key. Unwind in our hideaways that provide all the comforts of home without the responsibilities. Enjoy our private heated naturally chlorinated salt water pools and hot tub, barbeque on the grills and relax amid the lush tropical landscaping, waterfalls and fountains.
John and Magdalene Koch relocated from Chicago to Siesta Key in 1979, and have personally and passionately been renovating and improving the lodging options on the Island since that time. With their children, Michael and Mary Ann, they have built some of the Island’s most personal and comfortable vacation spots.
