The Original Beach House — Est. 1940 is one of those places.

Sitting at Point of Rocks on Siesta Key’s beautiful Crescent Beach, this little piece of Old Florida has been watching the tides roll in and the sun set over the Gulf for generations.

And now we’re excited to begin sharing its next chapter.

The property includes the Main Beach House and a separate Guest House — two homes that allow family and friends to vacation together while still having their own space.

But what makes The Original Beach House truly special is what’s right outside the door.

We’ve been making improvements, putting together a new website, and having a lot of fun bringing this special property back to life while preserving the character that has made it part of Siesta Key since 1940.

🏖️ MEET THE OTHER HALF OF THE ORIGINAL BEACH HOUSE…

As we build out the new website for The Original Beach House, we thought it was time to introduce one of the things that makes this property a little different.

Behind the Main House sits a completely separate, private Guest House with its own bedroom, living area, kitchen and bath.

But we have a problem…

“Guest House” sounds a little boring. 😂

Is it a Guest House?
A Beach Cottage?
A Private Hideaway?
Or maybe Fonz’s Apartment? 😎👍

Whatever we call it, it gives families and groups something pretty special: two separate houses on one private beachfront property — room to be together, with a little extra privacy when you want it.

And now that we’re building the website, we need names for the rooms, too.

🌴 Should we go Old Florida?
🐚 Siesta Key / beach inspired?
🌅 Sunsets and the Gulf?
😎 Or just have some fun with it?
