We are building class A motor home storage units.. 18x40 plus a 12x18 suit on the upper level.

We are going to build the first 3 of 12 large motor home storage units. 40x18 with a small 12x18 office . These can be used to run small business, store several classic cars, boats, or a Class A motor home and a boat. The camp ground will become private for tenants only. We begin construction this week.

I had a nice visit from some gals from the State of Tennessee today who inspect and license campgrounds. The cost of compliance is a little more regulatory tape than I want at this stage of my life and I have decided to build Storage Condos on the land that are big enough to keep a large boat or motor home in. These unit could be used by a contractor as long as owner comply to strict rules regarding outside appearance, I have enjoyed running the camp, but like many things now days, Compliance requires more insurance that would add to costs.
