We’re kicking off the season with local musician Julian De La Torre at Happy Camper Happy Hour here at Silverton Lakes RV Park & Cabins. 🌲🏔️

🌈 A surreal sky unfolded over Silverton, Colorado tonight.

After a powerful storm moved through the mountains, sunlight suddenly broke beneath the clouds—revealing multiple stacked rainbow bands glowing across the evening sky.

The atmosphere aligned almost perfectly. Moisture still hanging in the air scattered the sunlight into layers of vivid color while dark storm clouds behind the rainbows made the entire display appear even brighter.

For a few brief moments, the town looked completely transformed.

Cars pulled over.

And the mountains disappeared behind walls of color and mist.
