It is a 3 bedroom/2 bath farmhouse conveniently located at the intersection of FM 561 and FM 990 near Simms, Texas, just one mile from Tree Haven Wedding Venue. It is fully equipped with all the necessities for a good night's sleep. Complimentary coffee, cream, and sugar are provided. Fully equipped kitchen,
nice size living room with WiFi available for TV watching, etc. Sleeps up to 6 people with 1 king, 1 queen, and 2 twin beds. There is a peaceful front porch and back porch with seating.
